  • ...and this is how a bar manages to make $260 with a $19 bottle of gin...No thanks!

  • @HunterMann do it at home with your friends !

  • Gets you drunk fast but still keeps you classy at the same time.

  • One Of My Favorite Drinks ..... Gin & Tonic :)

  • how i thought it was much more complicated than that...... sheesh

  • Nice video, short, sweet and simple. What's your favourite cocktail? Tried anything new recently? There's an offer going which entitles you and a friend to a cocktail. Have a go. Why not try something different?

  • My favorite summer drink. But better to make it with a good bottled tonic drink.

  • @markart157 Even better is making your own tonic water. It isn't hard, and it tastes a million times better. If you drink good gin (Plymouth, citadell, martin miller) do yourself a favor and make some tonic sometime... its very easy. Just google "tonic water recipe" and youll find one.

Also, for a GREAT summer drink:

    3 oz gin

    1 oz tonic

1-1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice (ruby red grapefuit)

  • Wait, let me get my notebook......

  • I was just curipus how many shots were in a G+T, but after watching them make the drink...i feel stupid for watchin it.

  • 1) tap tonic just sucks. i want a glass bottle of schweppes in there.

    2) lime has a lot of aromas, it ruins the g&t

    3) as for gin, i think that's a matter of taste. beefeater is ok, gordon is ok, bombay is too aromatic. my best is tanquerey.

  • you're rigt on all 3.

sometimes i just like a little lime rub on the rim of the glass, just so i can taste it for the first few sips ;)

  • Love Beefeaters in a G&T. But you're right, tap tonic sucks.

    And no lime is necessary.

  • Definately tonic served from a mini schweppes bottle.

  • Bombay is nice with Russchian, IMO, tanqueray is good with normal tonic. Not too fussed about where the tonic comes from. I agree lime isn't too good, but I think a twist of lemon adds to the drink. Finally, I think they used far to much ice in that drink. A couple of cubes is quite enough.

  • lime ruins the drink? gin and tonics have been traditionally served with lime for ages...

other two are good observations, however.

  • Heyy this why I love bartending prt-tyme get to work with hott babes like this!!

  • At least she could get one drink right.

  • GIN AND TONIC IS THE BEST DRINK EVER!

  • totally agree with you =)

  • absolutely awful

  • Beefeater? no way.

    Get Gordons, or Bombay Saphire.

Use a jigger aswell, they are made for a reason.

25ml single or 50ml double, make sure the tonic is ice cold and fizzy.

  • Also Tanqueray and Tonic, like the Ramones!!

    Or lovely Hendrick's Gin..

But those two are nice ones!!

  • Beefeater sucks

  • I disagree the heavy juniper flavor of Beefeater is a perfect compliment to tonic water. Bombay (not Saphire) works well too. Bombay Saphire's light and everesncent flavor works best in a martini.

  • dat drink is the shit rite there im sippin on it rite now ha

  • I agree with shein99... this drink should be made in a double-old-fashioned. This is definitely not a highball-glass drink. There is WAY too much ice in the drink she made. The best way to make this drink COLD is to keep the DOF glass in the freezer with the gin. Then you pull out the frosty glass and the chilled bottle of gin. The tonic should be refrigerated. Making this drink should not require more than 1 ice cube. Mix the drink with cold ingredients and you're good to go.

  • mix it... and forget the straw...

oh, and you should serve it in an old-fashioned glass, not a highball.

  • Please mix it!
