  • Inspiring, hi from a girl surfer in Santa Barbara.

  • Cool, mate! I'm gonna try dis

  • Dude, classic, don't wanna use a new board tho hey, love your yoga moves, classic bro.

  • this is feckn class. i got a new board last year, a JS but im not good enough for it yet, spent the last year on the shelf. now i have use for it haha. And it does no damage to it either!! must say i was nervous getting up on it 1st time with fireplace tv and everything else about :D

  • Very Impressive!! I had a guy complain about a technique I did called Plyomax surfing to help athletes train their core, balance and reduce inhibitions....I wish he could see this!

    Kudos to you!!........

  • very cool...................

  • excellent

  • is it bad to only have 2 fins on a short board?

  • I remember the time when you were makin this vid, but I don't think I ever saw it, awesome.

  • Great idea, but aren't you concerned about breaking your board?

  • WOW! Cool! Wtf, 4 monitors? What the hell do you do for a living?

  • That's not a bad idea. I'd do it away from any furniture though!!!

  • That's fucking cool dude!!...thanks for the video

  • You can get the IndoFlo Cushion now, which is a smaller version of what you're demonstrating here. Nice vid. Maybe you inspired them to produce it!

  • any chance this would work with a long board? Have you tried it?

  • great idea...how long did it take you to get this good???

  • A yoga ball works great for this. It's not so big, so it's pretty safe and they're pretty firm so you get a lot of movement.

  • great balance man! I'd probably snap the nose off if I did it with a real board so I might try it with my Indo board on a balance ball. They're pretty indestructible.

  • do you think this would work with a smaller ball and a skim board?

  • haha, i did that before without my fins, i fell and broke my board.

  • Pretty cool

  • do you practice on carpet?

  • yah indo boards are like jenky little see-saws with only one axis of balance. itsnot gonna help ur board riding out as much as a flexible exercise ball

  • whoa great idea brah, im gonna try this with my snowboard toooo(:

  • good idea! tell me how it works with boots and straps on..u can probably bust airs in ur room ;)

  • looks like your surfing on air!

  • thats the idea ;) air is the closest thing youll get to water in ur bedroom

  • haha. your super sexy =]

  • Great idea!

    thank you! thank you!

    from japan

  • my ideas are to be shared in all parts of the world. im glad japan likes it ;) after all they invented yoga and they love health/fitness

  • Yoga is from India

  • i could see the beginners breaking their boards in this exercise or breaking their own necks.

  • yea, but better than them breaking their boards or necks out in the ocean that in the confine on their own house ..this practice was designed for learning board balance and stuff

  • It's a great idea.. I tried to do it with a basket ball.. it's work!!!

  • This is a really good idea! Seems like a lot of unnecessary stress on a board (especially glass); this would be the perfect thing for old boards. thanks for passing it on brutha. (And SOOOOO much cheaper than an indoboard!)

  • thanks bro! yah indo boards are a rip...and they only help certain parts of your legs..youd be suprised tho theres not much stress even on new boards from standing on the ball..the ball left no creases or stress fractures on any of my quiver ;)

  • @thedanimal2007 Is this how difficult it is to balance on the water?

  • this is a great idea! thx a lot. i do the same on a smaller ball with an old skateboard deck. i am also afraid to wreck my surfboard

  • this is great....the indo board is a rip off!

  • This is useful to a lot more people than you may know!

Obviously, it's going to increase your balance in ways that would help with skate/snow boarding as well (and I'm sure you thought of this) - but also for general mobility/balance/muscle-coordination - all of which are very vital to over all physical discipline.

Good work, I hope it helps you out with your surfing! thanks for sharing

  • i would do that, but i don't wanna dent my board up

  • Great idea, thanks so much for sharing!

  • i dont need money i make that in other ways...the least i can do for surfers is to give back what i have learned helps me surf better. money emans little in this world bro when u surf.

  • You could have made millions of dollars but instead you choose to tell everyone your secrets for free.
