I know all about QFM96. I've been listening to them for almost 30 yrs. I liked QFM best when they were AOR. Now they're classic rock & you can see why. Not much of today's rock out there is all that good. In fact the rock being promoted is absolute trash. Only a few good ones I can stand. Modern bands that Q's rival the Blitz promote like Linkin Park, Hinder, Seether, 3 Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Theory of a Deadman, Papa Roach, Saving Abel & Kings of Leon (to name a few) just suck.
Finally. Somebody posts this awesome song. I've been searching for this song for so long. Is this album on CD? I want it. Was Rosie on a major record label when "Sorry I Forgot Your Name" hit the airwaves?
@bucky468 No not really a major record deal, they got major record deals from several labels after precious metal was released but do to poor management they never actually signed any of the contracts. This came out in late 81 or early 82. Im sure its on cd somewhere but good luck finding it.
@metalmeltdown12 Do you know offhand what the name of the record label is? Wish the band would put up their albums at iTunes. That's always the best way to market great music like this nowadays.
Thank you for posting, just saw them after 28 yrs of waiting! Rockin show!
