The reason this is different from Reagen's and Heston's death is that Ledger was an ACTOR. Not an activist, not a politician, not a spokesperson. Heath Ledger's death was a terrible tragedy. I am hurt to know that people are cruel enough to believe God would kill him simply because he portrayed his character truthfully. Obviously people don't understand the art of acting. As an actor it was his duty and his job to play his role as honestly as possible. The reason this is different from Reagen's and Heston's death is that Ledger was an ACTOR. Not an activist, not a politician, not a spokesperson. He didn't make his personal beliefs known and lobby on their behalf. There's a difference between Brokeback and the NRA. I am honestly disgusted with people who proclaim to be "christians" God does not approve of this lifestyle but still loves everyone. I am almost ashamed to have to say christians act this way.

Of course God approves of this lifestyle, otherwise he's a hypocrite, since gays are born that way. Just face it, you don't know what God doesn't and does approve of. Leviticus? You need to do better than that.

I hate John Gibson. Just look at that idiot grinning away. People picking on heath Ledger for his movie role is insane. I am sick of these so called "christians" acting so horrible. I know that your average christian isn't like this (including some of my friends and family), but it is the most self righteous of them all that are so horrible to people. I am sick of them.

The funny thing is that History and even Christian Theology says that Jesus was around by whores and thieves. Magdalena was a whore. So, what the fuck? BTW, I studied Christian Theology in The Catholic University of Argentina, in Buenos Aires. One of the most prestigious universities in my country.

Heath Ledger's death was a terrible tragedy. I am hurt to know that people are cruel enough to believe God would kill him simply because he portrayed his character truthfully. Obviously people don't understand the art of acting. As an actor it was his duty and his job to play his role as honestly as possible. He was nominated for an award because his work was exceptionally great. I will always have respect for him and his amazing talent. God Bless Heath Ledger and may he rest in peace!
