oh god! Gemma told Clay when Tara is leaving, but he doesnt know Jax is going with her. Maybe it will be like when Donna was killed, he will kill Jax instead of Tara by mistake! Stahl shold have died season 1, or early season 2 at the latest - but she was allowed to stay on until the end of season 3 because she caused great tension. So if/when Clay dies, it's going to be epic and complicated. Kurt Sutter said he wants SoA to go on for 7 seasons, and they've already been greenlighted for season 5 - I doubt Clay will die in this season, he's too valuable a character.

This show is really exciting, but in some ways is kind of slow moving - drama unfolds at such a pace that Clay can put out a hit on Tara in episode 6, yet she's still alive at least for part of episode 9, and the drama will probably be drawn out even longer. The one thing we can count on from SoA is that our expectations are almost always proven wrong.

I think Jax, Opie, Tara, and Unser should all conspire to kill Clay. I was watching an earlier episode from this season, (like Ep. 4.02 or something) and he says to Tara, "I love Jax the same way I loved John" or something, and it was so menacing yet harmless - you could see Tara cringe, knowing that Clay killed J.T., and was hinting that he would kill Jax if he got in his way. I can't see Gemma siding with Clay on this one. And I don't think Gemma knows the true reason why Clay had J.T. killed.
... What I mean is, I think Clay wanted J.T. dead, and he made Gemma think that John was somehow going to ruin the lives of everyone she loved. But I think she'll see Piney's death for what it really was - cold-hearted murder. And knowing this, she'll have to choose between Clay and Jax. And I don't think Clay stands a chance against her only son. If Tara, Opie, Gemma or Juice die, I will be really disappointed in the show. Although, I don't see how Juice can rectify what he's done.

We forgave him for Donna's murder but now he asked Romeo to kill Tara and he actually killed Piney...he makes me regret Stahl! however I'm pretty sure Piney took his precautions and it wasn't just a threaten.
