Have to disagree with Atractions Magazine, have been to several of their real concerts, this is just one of their 'authorized groups' they send out to play their music. Of late MS has gone to deceptive practices of sending these groups out and call them the music of Mannheim Steamroller and it's not the real band, or at best one member is present, I point out a recent such concert in Miami and the only real member was Ron Cooley, I felt truely ripped off when I realized that I paid $75 for that!

I was there that day. Chip Davis did come out during the performance. I had my sister and all our kids together. It was a good evening. We returned the next day and I got to be a balloon handler for the elf in the Macy Parade.

No lies. This was the real Mannheim Steamroller and Chip Davis was in attendance at this performance last year. The stage was temporary.

@Lordcrazy12 I performed percussion in this very show and it was REAL. Chip Davis was there the entire time. He sings an accapella of Silent Night later on in the show, but you don't know that because you weren't there and shouldn't jump to conclusions, especially if you don't know what you're talking about.

I was there right up at the front. Got there 3 hours early! Yes, this was the REAL Mannheim Steamroller. They will be back December 5th, 2009, and you will find me again...right up front!

Kind of cool, but not nearly as exciting a show as Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I've been to the TSO Christmas concert in Salt Lake City the last 2 years, and it is the most amazing show I've ever seen!

Don't worry, it's not the REAL Mannheim Steamroller. They sent 2 different crews to tour the eastern and western US last year. I believe Chip Davis was still recovering from surgery. 99.9% of what you are hearing here is prerecorded. It's advertised as Mannheim Steamroller, but unless you're watching Chip Davis, Jackson Berkey, Almeda Berkey, Ron Cooley, and Arnie Roth, it's not a REAL Steamroller show. Come back soon Chip, and give us a REAL show!
