@sailonx well theres always someone whos better then yourself but i have to say that his spin is fuckin nice! he does a back full from about 20cm to sand and roundoff double full same lvl on mats. Its not olympic gymnastics level but i think its very good :)

haha yeh i know its annoying wen everyone is telling ur difernt things! wen i eventualy found out had a problem with the disk caused through tumbling.. basicly i did loads of stretchinga nd running and sorted out my posture and eventualy it healed up, best of luck with recovery , regard;ess ur still busting sum siick stuff out :D!
