the fbi commited a crime when they abused their power to confiscate the stuff in the possession of fans. no one did anything illegal to obtain the old costumes. kiss went out of their way to also rip off photographers of video content and photographs. paul and gene violated the fans rights. plain and simple.

For all you people who are saying that Paul & Gene had no right to that stuff, pay attention to the story Bill tells here, because what he is basically saying is that the only thing HE owned was the warehouse where all the costumes were being stored. The actual costumes and such belonged to Gene & Paul. The Kiss conventions that were being run in the late 80's-early 90's were illegal. And the business manager that Bill speaks of wound up robbing Gene & Paul of millions of dollars during his stay

dont know why, thats when I discovered he died, In High School we use to always say his namebecause we knew him as the guy who was the brains behind KISS. A real straight looking guy in a suit wearing glasses. he was just as cool as the other KISS guys because his name was all over the records and all the stuff they put out.

It was his belief in the concept and his money that he invested to get them going.

Gene and Paul like to take all the credit, but that is not true. Without Aucoin the world would have never heard of KISS.
