  • I started to take a multivitamin last week and noticed the yellow urine, so I've increased my water intake to try and counter it. After reading a few sites online and finding this video, I assume it's because of riboflavin (which is in my multivitamin).

    I do have a question though, is all that vitamin B2 hard on the kidneys, or is it fine to get more I need from a multivitamin?
