  • My knowledge is limited to observation and filming. The Wikipedia page on this class has technical and historical details. Introduced early 80s, blue livery that of NSW Freightcorp. Most now owned by Pacific National, which has adapted the livery, or just added its logo. Main use on wheat and other bulk grains, some coal in tandem with later, heavier locos. Thanks...

  • Pacific National has since started doing a new livery, in which all they add is yellow paint around the cab area
