Not impossible but very difficult, you would need to trick the user into agreeing to install the virus. However, Trojans do exist for Macs, and hackers can just as easily remotely control a Mac. Just look at PWN2OWN 2008, a hacker was able to gain full control of the Mac OS X Leopard through a security hole in Safari in just 2 minutes.

I admire that Apple has a reputation for being a quality system for artists, and I have tremendous respect for Steve Wozniak, yet I have used a Mac in the past and felt the interface and hardware design were awkward. If only Apple understood that they are alienating the PC user by poking fun of Window's. This only drives me to continue using the PC exclusively. the reason macs don't get viruses is because if someone attempted it they would fail miserably. macs let the user know every time there is a change in the system and asked the user to enter their password. and another thing, don't judge mac os8 cause it probably sucks, mac osx is where it is all at. It's a myth that there are no viruses for macs. If you install any software from microsoft on your mac, you are targeted with as many viruses as the corresponding software for pcs are.
I customized and modified my own computer, so I think I do (of course not the shitty computer I was on, the one I currently use). Alienware does kick ass, unless of course you know what you are doing and customize it yourself. Except for the cool tower, all you are paying for is the name, so you really owned me there.

yeah i know what you mean about awkward. i used to use windows all the time, too. i remember the first time i used a mac i was like "where the hell is the right button?" ahaha, i didn't know you could simply "activate" the right-click with a simple check box in the system preferences. a lot of things are different with it, but it takes getting used to when you've used a different operating system all your life.

the reason macs don't get viruses is because if someone attempted it they would fail miserably. macs let the user know every time there is a change in the system and asked the user to enter their password. and another thing, don't judge mac os8 cause it probably sucks, mac osx is where it is all at. Its years ahead of windows.

2. OSX is waaaaaaaay better than classic Mac OS. If you haven't used it, then why even comment? I mean, your PC knowledge is up to date, but your knowledge of what you are arguing AGAINST is woefully out of date.

I customized and modified my own computer, so I think I do (of course not the shitty computer I was on, the one I currently use). Alienware does kick ass, unless of course you know what you are doing and customize it yourself. Except for the cool tower, all you are paying for is the name, so you really owned me there.

I've used both Mac and PC for many, many years. Each of them have their virtues - there are some things I would only use a PC for, but mostly I prefer Mac.
Your video (and your comments here) show you as a very ignorant person, you admit you know little about OS X, so do yourself a favour and work with a Mac with a unbiased mind. If you still prefer Windows after that, then great you can present the same argument, but a little more educated.

It depends on when you got your Mac.
If it was in the last two years. Like around the time that Apple switched to Intel, then I'd look in the system prefs to make sure.
See, the Mighty Mouse LOOKS like it only has one button and a scroll wheel, but it actually has four buttons. It has a touch sensitive surface that recognizes Left, Right, Middle and Side clicks.
If it's older, I'd say it's probably a one button mouse, use a PC mouse.
