How did you push yourself through the pain (legs burning, etc.) when you first started exercising to get to the point where you love it? I want to be like you so bad, to exercise everyday first thing in the morning and make it a lifestyle. A little inspiration, please! :-)
Great Video!! Waking up and working out right away sounds like a good idea!! If I do this, can I drink water first? Or should I not? I feel good when I drink water in the morning. : )
Can you do a video of what you eat and how many calories in a typical day please? How has your diet changed over the years, did you consume more food and then later own didn't need as much to satisfy you.

@imsograteful1 the more fresh raw fruit and veggies you eat the better your recovery time will be. i'm almost never sore after a workout unless I haven't done it in a very long time, so just being more consistent helps too. start with being consistent with every other day, and then you will slowly be able to add more and more.
i've had my vibrams for a bit now but i'm scared of using them on pavement/concrete. do you run on cement surfaces in them? or just dirt, grass, natural terrain? thanks!
@barefootbohemeable i prefer to use them on dirt trails in the woods, but i do okay with them on a treadmill too. i will occasionally run on pavement if i have to but i try to be more conscious of how i'm landing and add a bit more bounce (i also can't run as fast).
@myzzio i found them at a store in FL but I think you can just measure your foot and order it online. just google vibram. i do use them on a treadmill and they work great!
Great topic. I've been exercising daily for years, but my rebounding and treadmill aren't cutting it anymore... It's time to change it up a bit and see what I can do with this body now that it's cleaned out and not so heavy... If I could just get a better sleep, maybe I'd have the energy to bump up the workouts! Ooh... maybe I'll start making the kids work out with me, so they're more tired, too and don't keep me up so late at night! LOL

I'm practicing eating all raw.. last summer i ate 100% raw but then once the temperature dropped (in vancouver canada) i had a hard time staying raw. for some reason this year i'm having a lot more trouble going back to all raw.. anyways.. thanks for making this video, i am trying to incorporate more exercise.
my podiatrist told me the 'feet' shoes mess up your back and legs over time, if u want to know=)
