  • Amapola - meaning Pretty Little Poppy!

  • That's good to know.:)

  • non non powaybob ! is the fabrik on this instrument ! :d

  • This Organ was built in 1908 by the Gavioli & Cie or the Limonaire Frères subsidiary in Waldkirch (Germany, Black Forest) NOT PARIS !!! Originally this was a 68 key(less?) cardboard operated organ. Around 1930 this organ has been changed for playing music rolls with 66 holes, Style 109 (Airophon)by Gebrueder Bruder, Waldkirch.

  • That seems like a very logical possibility.

I've seen plenty of Dutch Street Organs on youtube that were built by one company, then restored or changed by another company and put that company's logo on the instrument.

  • Spaghetti Rag? this title is called "Amapola"

  • The 2nd song is Spaghetti Rag.

  • love that "Spaghetti Rag"!!! Great!

  • Beautiful! fantastic!

  • Beautiful (and rare) instrument, a pity about the modern rubbish music. I'd like to hear it play some original factory books! Bet it sounds good.

  • this "Gavioli" would seem to be a Gbr. Bruder organ. That's what it says on the front, and it sure doesn't sound like any Gavi I've ever heard

  • I believe "Gavioli" is a generic term used in France for an organ of this type.

  • Indeed, its seems to the the facade was inspried by Gavioli.
