actually this is probably the most effective thing you could do in a fight...i base my strikes off of this. the funny thing is, nobody see's it coming...not too mention the rotation in the for arm parrys most jabs and he is right...hits the nose...

I respect martial art teachers no matter what style or back ground. This was my number one lesson by my teacher who taught me.

There is no way to study real Shaolin Kung Fu outside of the Shaolin Monasteries, the teachings of Shaolin Kung Fu are very old and as time has progressed the number of real Shaolin Monks has decreased significantly due to many destructions of the monasteries so what people market as Shaolin is just traditional Wushu or watered down Tai Chi, if you want to learn real Shaolin go to China,if you want to learn Bullshido Shaolin then go to that class in San Diego

The Shaolin monks had their secrets till they decided to release a lot of secrets all over the world. A lot of monks travelled to teach more people the art of Shaolin kung fu. I'm not saying any guy on internet talking about Shaolin kung fu is right, but u can study it without going in the temples.

i watched all the movies and it really is great stuff.
