no offence but it is like when one learns ballroom dance/ Salsa no one talks about girls leading or doing the guys moves. its the same thing with Bhangra. don't get me wrong, you did a pretty good job but certain things in bhangra look so much better when done by men.. eg the sit-up step...one should really have the knees open also the high kicks would have more energy.

I am the one who does the solo. I also do Bollywood style and Giddha dancing, but for this dance we wanted to do the men's steps. I always let my female students know that those steps (with high kicking, etc.), are masculine steps, and that traditionally, women would not do those steps, but now women can do those steps if they want. I also teach women to do feminine steps too and in a feminine way. But sometimes, we want to do the powerful masculine steps.

I criticism: I realize you were trying to show many moves possible in allotted time but some of the moves would look better if you continued thesame move for a few minutes, like the hands on head & rolling hips at 6:06. Nevertheless, a great job at a dance that requires good physical conditioning!

These are my level 2 students, and they learned the entire choreography over a couple of months (one class a week). They'd been dancing with me in my classes for a couple of years. It all depends on how comfortable you are dancing, and how much time you're willing to devote to learning and practicing the choreography, but I think an average learner could get it in a couple of months :)
