I was just wondering why the line art looks so pixely in PS, but when you render out the video the line art looks so clean!

I understand you use the pencil tool so you can bucket fill in the colours, but I just don't get why the lineart doesn't looks so pixelated in your final animations. I would love to know how you make it looks so clean if you would be so kind to fill me in 8)

To each his own as the saying goes but for me I prefer drawing all my thousands of animation drawings by hand rather then having a computer program do the inbetweens for me. And I like the texture of my pencil drawings on paper! Watch my hand drawn animation I made with dialog and narration to see my love of drawing on paper! I'm not saying an experienced artist has to use reference material, but that I can see the use of reference material. Especially when people are starting out. If you have never used reference material to help you out when you were a beginner, as your statement suggests, I'm thinking your sketches would only ever be substandard and the learning curve would be steep.

i believe he set it to no delay between frames, thats about the same result as around 0.1s delay, in other words, its about 10 frames per sec

i could be wrong though... lol (but it definitely isnt 5 fps)

whenever i colored with bucket tool for the skin or anything on the same layer as the lineart there's always a white border around the lineart. how do you fix that?

@CloveKnightley For a reason the 'brush' tool makes a a white border there is a pencil tool and it doesnt cause a white border

@pokemonspritemaker the brush tool has sorta pencil look to it if its small but because of the little smoothing there's pixels that look white but their not :\ I hate this so I smudge over it then blur it up a little (I use gimp) :P
