  • i am new to clubs but i don't think you are supposed to move hips and low back, this is to move your shoulders

  • Indian clubs for warm up to Clubbells {2-15lb} for everthing else. i'm a guy who is in his 50's. Awesome-cheap gym.

  • Good to see you using Indian Clubs, there are a host of exercises that can be done with Indian Clubs. I like to work kettlebells, then clubs they really compliment each other.
