I think they did the colours wrong -_- its supposed to be BLACK NOT REALLY REALLY DARK NAVY BLUE becuase in the OVA they sad Black not navy blue

I saw some pics of this model before it came out and the its Destroy counterpart, and I was really surprised when I saw the fin/horn and collar were yellow. The pics must've not been color adjusted. I thought they would be more orange-ish. I thought an orange would fit better with the dark body color. The yellow just seems too bright, it stands out even more in the Destroy mode.

The tips on the extra fine paint markers are thicker than the tips on the fine point parts of real touch markers and they are rounded, at least on the sharpie ones I have.

@zulmark3 you can if you make a panel wash. enamels are best for washes. mix the enamel pain with enamel thinner and mix it to a ratio where it becomes water. using a very thin tipped brush you let the wash go in the nooks and crannies of the kit and wipe whatever excess from the wash with a swap dipped in enamel thinner

Unfortunately for people like me who don't like the navy blue, in the OVA when banshee first appears it's navy blue... which means this will be navy blue in all of it's incarnations. Oh well, that's what black paint was made for :D

Seems like Bandai still keeps using that same dark navy blue color that they have used long time. 1/100 HG Deathscythe from 90's already had that same color. Still its very nice looking kit.

I liked the original design of the Banshee a bit more. But I think my main issue comes with the head for the none destroyer mode. I also don't care too much for the over kill of bulk on both arms. I mean on one arm it's cool but for two it just comes off as ugly I guess.

i already have both unicorn and destroy mode of it but im gonna buy another one of each so i can make the novel version

though painting the psycho frame for the destroy mode bashee(again) can be really boring

You can easily make the novel version by getting the Banshee HG which includes all the parts to make the original.
