Around 5:30, not exact: Cursing was NEVER reportable. The rule WAS and still IS that you can't direct the cursing. As in you could ALWAYS say "oh shit fuck damn I just died shit", whereas saying "oh shit fuck damn you ass hole fucker" was reportable. You've always been allowed to use profanity, as long as not directed to people.

Well in a busy as fuck clan there's no time for real reasoning and shit like that and it differs from chat to chat. Each chat has a different set of rules, I'm currently general of a friends chat myself a medium size chat which occasionally do have those people who step the line and only there to piss players off. I kick them, they then PM me which in their explaination "It's my opinion". All that I'm saying is that freedom of speech doesn't exist in many chats with rules.
