  • Sweet mix DJ, sick track selection.

  • i ordered Denon x1100 and 2x denon DN-S3700 today :) cant wait to get them :D what do u think is the best way to sync the 2 players? i played on a clab last weekend and i just adjusted the pitch and pressed play at a beat :P

    Please response!

  • @torpexbomb

That should do! And you can see the BPM with 000,0 accuracy on screen if you have your music pre analyzed on denons software! Enjoy your decks!

  • @DJJayStoneMusic i got them now :) thanks for the reply! where did u change ur tabletops? i think that those vinyl tabletops will brake pretty quick :S

  • @DJJayStoneMusic but it seems like my denon's have a problem with detecting the bpm :S

    any ideas?

  • @torpexbomb Did u analyze ur music on the software?

  • @DJJayStoneMusic how to?

  • @torpexbomb

Ur denons came with a cd with denons music manager software. Its like pioneers recordbox, just denon's :D That software allows u to analyze ur music, make playlists, manage ur music in folders etc... then just put all ur music in a flash drive, stick it in player and ur sorted!

  • @DJJayStoneMusic u saved my career!

  • @torpexbomb Or you could just mix it without knowing the bpm... much better practise for your career man :D

  • Are you having problems yet?

How many hours have you put on your denon S3700s?

Denon did not take the time to test the unit.

Under extensive use in the a club, after 200 hours of operation the platter motor is starting to fail and needs replacing.

My second unit is starting to do the same.

I hope your denons last longer.

  • @3dcsheldon this comment has just made me. consider buying the cdj 2000's or 900's now

  • What brand of cases are you using on the DN-S3700s?? I wanted to talk about that.

    How about the mixer case?

  • @BJSteigner

Its a road ready case. Its all in one. Its a cdj 1000 and 12" mixer case, but the denons fits in there just great!

  • @DJJayStoneMusic

Where can I get it?? What's the brand name of the case??

  • @BJSteigner

    roadreadycases page

  • @BJSteigner A MAN I GOT AN ODYSSEY CASE FITS PERFECT AND MINE COME WITH THE COMPUTER HOLDER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MIXER

  • Nice Denon!

    Very cool set up!

    Keep it up!

  • ta that does i know the denons are cheaper and i like spinning platters thanks again

  • like the denon decks in 2 minds as to what i will buy denons or the new pioneers do u scratch with these if so how is it also if u use software how good are they with that

  • First, check the price of denons and pio's lol! I think they r not worth that much!

No, i dont scratch, but the scratch sound is really nice!

I dont use software, but i think there's a native support from Serato scratch coming up on January! For now there's native support for VDj 6 and PCDJ!

    Hope that helps!:)

  • Good mix. Any chance of a tracklist?

  • do you like you platters not being horizontal?

  • yea man.... :) My table is too low, so this way they are closer to my hands! lol

  • nice mix mate im sooo seroius about gettin these over the cdj1000 but im still a bit worryed do u find the platter easy to mix tracks with like pitch bending to get them both tracks in fine tune

and have u got wave form display on them when u put cds in wb asap mate cheers

  • hi.... yea...its easy to use the plater as a pitch bend and its pretty good feel! But im used to use pitch bend buttons instead!

No... u dont have wave data while playing cd's! That only can be set for music thats in ur usb stick or HD!
