It would help - a lot - if you told us the measurements...That being said, this rice pudding looks delicious and is obviously very nutritious, especially given that you used hemp milk...I wish I could try this recipe, but you didn't tell us how much of this and how much of that you used.

Eeeks! U didn't rinse the rice! The thickness of the rice pudding is from the process of cooking it. The original Turkish pudding takes a much longer time to cook coz U want the texture. U just tasted this in a restaurant and already it's a family recipe??and hemp milk?? U gotta be kiddin'!

l was never a rice pudding fan but l just finished the YUMMIEST creamy rice pudding from this hotel! Of course they used cows milk so I REALLY enjoyed ur

recipe!!

I HATE raisins but otherwise, l feel l can easily make this (being that I NEVER cook) vs. making cakes or pot roasts.

However, what do u think about:

1. Me cooking this entire desert in my rice cooker - it seems so much easier to do it that way.

2. Using brown rice or jasmine rice.

3. How healthy is this vs. other deserts?

the easy way is first

boiling milk and adding rice flour

then add a as much as elichie or cardimum then add sugar but for creamy tast add codenst milk or the thick cream to make it delious and if adding condenst milk do not add sugar add garnish with thinly sliced nuts !!!

theres no old school rice pudding recipies on youtube...just these quick, boil first versions.. proper rice pudd should be done with a round rice in the oven for a long, long time...you wouldnt put that canned cream crap on my one, it would be sacralidge
