For an up-and-comer at this point in his carrer, Masvidal is just incredible in this fight! Amazing foot work! Going back to the Miami street fights, Masvidal's defense -- avoiding getting hit -- was the first thing you noticed about him. I can't wait to see Jorge's next fight. The promoters should take notice. Masvidal has a strong following from his exposure on the Internet. A couple more good street fights might help his career even more. It's all about box office draw.

Excuse my ignornace of MMA rules, but why did the referee stop the fight Edwards got kicked in the head and knocked down, then Masvidal jumped on him and began punching. Edwards didn't appear to be unconscious. Did Edwards give some sort of submission sign that I didn't see? I guess I need to read up on the MMA rules. Where are the written rules? Totally Agree with the face comment, probably close to a TKO with all that damage however the judges actually gave the first round to toby( highlight reel ignores that), but from than on Jorge was killing him in the striking department. He also was not "lucky" if you see his interview he has practiced the inverted reverse triangle and used it before in submission matches (non-mma) so it was a calculated move not just a lucky catch. Regardless both fighters earn a lot of respect for that fight
