I have seen some pretty bad indications where I live. The people in the system have to want to do what's right. If they dont care, or if they have friends involved with bad things, the wrong foster parents will be chosen by these workers. All workers in cps should have no criminal record. There must be background checks to keep criminals out of the system.
Background checks don't mean diddly. There is always a first time for these perverts, and many of them make that first time (which lasts a long time) only after they get employed by CPS.
most cps workers are the same in every state. my first advice is to watch what you say and do, because they will use anything they can against you and twist your words in ridiculous ways.

I'm glad the only social workers I have come in contact with are through working at hospital where they cared about the children and looked into backgrounds, home life, and current situations. The hospital even stopped giving out car seats because parents took advantage of it and wouldn't buy one.

As for "not cooperating", they pulled that on the FLDS ppl. The FLDS gave DNA, told who their kids were, etc, but CPS claimed they couldn`t return the children b/c they didn`t know who the parents were b/c the parents weren`t cooperating. It was a lie. I think CPS must just claim "not cooperating" freely and expect the judge to believe and go along w/them. A judge should probe deeper and get to the facts. If CPS is wrong, the judge should set them straight to let them know they can`t do that.
Not when Judges are making themselves distinguished careers off these stolen children. The only way this will change is if the U.N steps and and starts locking these people up. I did everything what they said..except I refused to participate in parenting classes where they same people who took my son and accusing me of being a bad parent are the ones giving the courses and your not allowed to take them anywhere else.. but if you look at the date of these "Courses" they date back to 1979. I am not even kidding I still have copies of them. After the first course I seen them use everything I said in court...
so i asked to take a parenting course where children and parents go together this course got nuthing but great reviews they said no then used that in court saying I was not co-operating.
The grounds they took my son on: I signed a piece of paper that said my son needed protection from me.... How did they get me to sign it?
Before trail started I did not have a lawyer I couldn't afford one... and because I was a single father who had been in foster care myself noone would take my case.. I called 245 numbers not one of them would take legal aid.. so they tricked me they told me it was a standard document cause I was representing myself I needed to sign it..
I did.. I didn't think they would do that..
They knew I was dyslectic and had a hard time reading.. so they took advantage of that. And

I have seen some pretty bad indications where I live. The people in the system have to want to do what's right. If they dont care, or if they have friends involved with bad things, the wrong foster parents will be chosen by these workers. All workers in cps should have no criminal record. There must be background checks to keep criminals out of the system.

I was only punched and put in a cell (for crying at bedtime) I was not sexually abused at that place (I was put there as a place of safety, after being sexually abused)

I'm glad the only social workers I have come in contact with are through working at hospital where they cared about the children and looked into backgrounds, home life, and current situations. We am in Canada. The did sue.... and won... even thou the government provided the evidence in their own trial. When the natives here won... that was when the government apologized.

Yes I am, part of a class action suit the judges barely let it in court. Yeah the natives keep trying to push these child snatching business off their reserves... but you know how cockroaches are...if you don't exterminate them all they just keep coming back.

Most posts are taken down by SS's. Here in the UK we have "Adoption Targets" that districts have to make. Our SS's steal children without any reason, they diagnose MSBP - Already proven not to exisit. They still use it to get what they want. Children are a commodity, sickening but true.

As for "not cooperating", they pulled that on the FLDS ppl. The FLDS gave DNA, told who their kids were, etc, but CPS claimed they couldn`t return the children b/c they didn`t know who the parents were b/c the parents weren`t cooperating. It was a lie. I think CPS must just claim "not cooperating" freely and expect the judge to believe and go along w/them. A judge should probe deeper and get to the facts. If CPS is wrong, the judge should set them straight to let them know they can`t do that.

Not when Judges are making themselves distinguished careers off these stolen children. The only way this will change is if the U.N steps and and starts locking these people up. But we all know the U.N is a bigger joke the CPS themselves... I live in Nazi Canada I can't find a shred of proof to say otherwise... all I see are dead kids in foster care money exchanging hands and the government trying to cover it all up... it makes me so sick..

Many of us I guess are trying to flee Canada and seek refugee somewhere else...kinda stupid since it's very obvious everywhere is pretty messed and corrupt... but I guess when trying to protect yourself and your children you will try anything... I understand... but I learned you don't run from bullies... They can leave but I will not run for the likes of these people.....

I know it's a waste of time... but... gotta try... it was funny when I said I didn't want the money seemed the lawyer was taken by surprise.. All I want is change. I guess I will probably die an old man still wanting that while my government just keeps killing and obliterating families. while telling them it's whats best for them. sad

Bizz, you are making a difference by making ppl aware. Awareness can bring change. If you help just one child`s life, then you have made a profound difference b/c each life is priceless. Every child deserves a joyful, free childhood. Your videos can help in many ways, open eyes to change the sys., put pressure on CPS, but also change the way society sees & treats foster kids. You can build a bridge to understanding. You can help ppl see the pain & need of these kids, & help explain behavior.

This is despicable! How they got you to sign the paper sounds like tactics used in hard core communist countries. It really makes me sick to read. They knew what they were doing when they asked you to go to that parenting class. They knew you`d ask for another & they could use that against you in court. It sounds like an experienced set up!

OMG, they were right. They grabbed the FLDS kids because they needed more white babies. That's must be why they always send kids of color back to parents even after valid complaints who end up murdering their kids. In Seattle we get stories of minority parents murdering their kids or kids of friends every month or so, but it's always the white christian kids and parents accused of abuse.

CPS? to me its more like Child Pedophelia Services. If those heartless bastards care.. not that the word "care" is in their dictionary, they would set aside thier stupidity and leave what needs to be left alone. When they put a child for adoption (forcing the child from the parent of course.), thats a wake up call for the child abusers and molesters...who somehow are roaming the streets instead of roaming behind bars.

I suffered in foster care then how they stole my son and did the same to him... they sent 10 police officers to arrest me at gun point arrest me.. ban me off the internet for a year and put me on house arrest halting my documentary... But all they did was delay me... and piss me off that much more... I hate bullies and I fear no one..

Bizz, your videos & comments always touch me deeply. Did you get your son back or visitation rights? I don`t believe in hate, but when I see some of the atrocities of CPS, it really makes me hate the system. I`m an American w/2 kids but I don`t live in America & seeing things like this make me glad I don`t. Fortunately where I live, we don`t have this madness. We do have foster care for extreme cases (extreme abuse, illegals abandoning children, etc.)but generally families are left alone.

What about now? Have you been reunited w/your son? How is your son doing? I hope your son will have your strength to not let this crude injustice destroy him, but will be able to rise up and make a difference in the lives of others. You are doing a good work Bizz by exposing the side of CPS that many are not aware of. If ppl truly care about children, this system must be stopped b/c it is just out of control at this point. I think originally CPS was only for extreme cases, but not now.

No, I have gotten apologies etc about my own time in care... and government offials have said what happened was horrible etc etc etc...
But they said he's gone and they can't give him back it's already been threw court.... people have no idea of what the word corruption is till they deal with our government... everyone knows it's corrupt they know what is going on they are just like cows eating grass while saying to me... "Yeah so what, you should have some of this grass"

How old was your son when he was taken & how old is he now? Did they adopt him out or just put him in foster care? Did they not give you any opportunities to keep him like "parenting classes", etc? or did they just take him? When he leaves the system will they give him your contact information. How can they not give you visitation?!

I did everything what they said..except I refused to participate in parenting classes where they same people who took my son and accusing me of being a bad parent are the ones giving the courses and your not allowed to take them anywhere else.. but if you look at the date of these "Courses" they date back to 1979. I am not even kidding I still have copies of them. After the first course I seen them use everything I said in court...

so i asked to take a parenting course where children and parents go together this course got nuthing but great reviews they said no then used that in court saying I was not co-operating.
The grounds they took my son on: I signed a piece of paper that said my son needed protection from me.... How did they get me to sign it?

Before trail started I did not have a lawyer I couldn't afford one... and because I was a single father who had been in foster care myself noone would take my case.. I called 245 numbers not one of them would take legal aid.. so they tricked me they told me it was a standard document cause I was representing myself I needed to sign it..
I did.. I didn't think they would do that..
They knew I was dyslectic and had a hard time reading.. so they took advantage of that. And
