@ProfessionalWidow83 I'm not complicated enough to be facetious. That would mean effort on my part to be snarky and I don't have time for it. And while it's true that I know nothing about folk music (thank god) that doesn't mean I'm ignorant of music. In fact, along with country, folk is the only other genre not on my iPod. So next time you take a simple observation of someone's unresolved oedipus complex maybe you could just assume it's someone with a lot of free time and ignore it.
it's a beautiful song but is it just me or does his relationship with his mother seem a bit excessive...either that or he was dating someone named mama....
