  • lol she acts like she is dying its just a 10k nothing real hard. just 6.2 miles and to take 1 and 1/2 hours doing it is kinda pathetic. However I do give her props for hula hooping the whole time. That is something I could never do.

  • @setchemati Hooping alone burn 400-600 calories... Which is good cardio in it self! So doing it while running is double tough.... She is a bad ass!

  • that's crazy! I walked 2 miles while hula hooping once and I thought that was nuts. My hoop is HUGE compared to hers though . . . I wonder if it got easier for her once she got in the motion of running.
