My uncle Kueng Buncheun wrote many of the songs performed by Sinsisamouth and others of his time. I can tell you that the Khmer people did not copy the Thai's music. Why should we, we made better music than the Thais did back then? Look back at that time. The thais and other southeast countries cant even compare to the Khmers advancement in music, movies or technology.
