I saw one of these at a local outdoor shop in Seattle. It looks very well-made. Just doing research now to figure out if it fits our needs, as a family we enjoy car camping. I am impressed with this device.
best to cube the potatoes and place them in the moat. Pour a little Olive Oil over them and you're good to go. THey cook in about an hour. I always put them in the moat when I'm doing Lamb or Beef Roast, then they roast in the fat drippings. Fantastic!

Cooks steaks awesome.
Done right through but its always juicy, never ever dry.
One of the best steaks Ive ever done on a BBQ.
This is a brilliant deivce, Ive used them for years (back in South Africa)
