Baruto's personality seems very stable, not too high, not too low, and not too much ego or pride. He's just happy. Because of this I believe that he will become a yokozuna. He already has hinkaku. Now he just needs to put it all together.

This is a great moment for Baruto, and probably good for sumo that Hakuho did not continue to easily dominate. The gently giant flexed his muscles this basho, and showed some winning technique too.

Wow, this was incredibly emotional. I've got tears in my eyes, too. I'm not a huge fan of Baruto to be honest, but I LOVE him as a human being. I'm also pretty impressed by his Japanese language skills. I understood every word of what he said no problem. His prepared speech at the end was near PERFECT! Baruto's wife seemed to understand some Japanese as well. 優勝おめでとう~!! (^-^)v
