@Mertketenci So in those 15-30 minutes he also wrote all the sheet music for the various different instruments playing in the orchestra and then then the conducter had time to practice with all the violinists, celloists etc..

Yes and No, they(James and Lars) prior to the concert and decided that the concert would be a great place for it to make its debut and Michael Kamen did strings for it....at least thats what I gathered from it, they said they wrote the song from old riffs and stuff.
