@ThaBR33D They do not go all the way down. They stay up a couple of inches for safety reasons!

@HillsideHondaNYC I think it's not so much safety as it is for the fact that the wheel well cutout in the door doesn't allow the window to go down anymore.

@kyzesoze factory invoice has it at 15,829 or so, add destination fee ($750) and there's your msrp. Now is a good time to buy one, picking mine up this week - this car only manual in blue- can't wait!
