I did not support Obama when he was running. He IS the president now however, I dearly hope he succeeds in turning things around. We are one nation one people we are the Citizens of the greatest country in the world. The United States of America has had its' ups and downs. and its up to us where we go from here.

There is no "crown" in our country. Did you not vote and support his election? He is a good speaker and a dreamer but we need energy solutions that are out of the box creating new ways to tax industry will just make things more expensive for us.

Uhmmmm....when state governments refused to allow non-Whites to attend state universities who stopped them? The Feds.

RP obviously live in the 1950s but I live in 2009. State rule is as racist as it gets...especially if you live in Louisiana or Alabama.

Try to convince non-whites that state rule is patriotic. Good luck.

Nzingamina, actually no, Ron Paul was a little out of sync with my thoughts. I also oppose any legislation that places one group of Citizens above another. Each and every job or office should be held by the person who is most qualified for that position regardless of race or gender. The one point that I was in agreement is that the Fed is too big and wasteful.
