I just love the mentality that Dr. Wily must've been going through when he created Junk Man. He must've been thinking, 'Oh damn I don't have an eighth robot to go with the other seven!' And thus he rummaged through scrap metal and Junk Man was born. Poor guy, I feel bad for him, he got screwed :P
