Thanks, Captain of Snapz! I was informed by an IP attorney that if someone attempts to remove your own watermark, that's an additional copyright violation.

Question: Do you know of any cases where others have attempted to take your own videos and tried to use them for commercial purposes, or purposes other than fair use? How have you managed to find them out?

So few people actually understand this. For all intents and purposes you are handing over your video to YouTube et al. If you're a pro like me, watermark everything, I mean EVERYTHING you put up here.
