careful with the nuts if notice any problems there is a condition that is called, cant think of what it is called but, it causes a great deal of abdominal discomfort when eating alot of nuts. has something to do with the nuts getting stuck in the digestive track or gi track. If I remember I will be back wit the word I cant think of now, but if this happens i am sure anyone can look it up wen consuming alot of nuts.
Iam a dibetic but I cant follow a dibetic diet,,I live with an illisostomy..I dont absorb a 4th of what I eat,,a dibetic diet is in REVERSE from what Iam sosposed to eat for an ostomy diet,,for my ostomy diet Iam sosposed to eat higher calories,,cant have high fiber,,, cant have the roughage,, I cant be eating stuff with skin on it or have popcorn or peanuts,,a dibitec diet is in REVERSE,,they want you to have high fiber they want you to have roughage,so what do I do,,,,,,, eat what ever
@MrMaryJanes Without protein and fat the body dies. Without carbs the body makes all it needs in the liver from the other two, as it was designed to do. Your remark is beyond ignorance.
@gphx Anorexic. 99.9% of diabetics would be cured if they simply switched to a high carb low fat fruitarian diet, such as 80/10/10. Research before you speak. Diabetes is easily cured by going raw vegan despite what the media will tell you.
@Tewrobert You have read my comment out of context. I watched my mother die of diabetes and before she died she had gone blind, had strokes, heart attacks and kidney failure. She was treated like shit by doctors and lectured that she wasn't eating the right thing etc. She tried everything she could to eat the right diet and to no avail. I was expressing my sympathy that diabetics can't eat what they wish, not being an arsehole that you think I am.
