I read on fanhop.com that benson is supposed to have a new love interest this season. I can't think of the link of the artical but the director sighned on some guy from lost to be her new bf, I wouldn't mind an e/o relationship, but come on do you really think NB would actuallly give the fans what they have been waiting for? That would mean El would have to get divorced from Kathy or vicsa versa, then marry Liv in one season. That 's not realistic, I wish it were so but I do not think it will.
If Liv loves Ell then it's only platonic. She respects that he loves his family and would never get between that. And who says Ell loves Liv? Maybe only as partners. Ell definitely loves Kathy and his kids. Do you really want them together anyway? Think of the consequences, they wouldn't be able to be partners anymore, viewers will stop watching and the show would get cancelled. But I guess it's worth it just to satisfy all the idiots who think Ell should leave Kathy and his FIVE kids
