  • @UdanBrat0723 Yes! Mine do too. It's because we have tight hips. Nothing is wrong, but if it bothers you try using a foam roller and do lots of hip opening yoga.

  • What she calls "The Teaser" is NOT Teaser in pilates. There are 3 teaser levels in pilates: level one (AKA: "Teaser prep"), level two, and level three. I've been subscribing to Sarah for a year and also receive email updates so this IS NOT a criticism...only an observation. There's a huge difference between the exercises. Again, do the research yourself, attend a pilates class, get a DVD, or check with a certified pilates instructor to confirm/verify.

  • Actually, the exercise that Sarah calls "THE TEASER" is called the DOUBLE STRAIGHT LEG STRETCH (google it for yourself). This is a PILATES exercise that anyone who has taken Pilates and/or if one is a certified Pilates instructor, they would know this off the bat. The correct terminology is key. Most of the pilates exercises done in the supine position work the abs lower back and the remaining core muscle groups. Thanks so much.

  • i have a problem doing the scissor exercize because my hips crack and pop all the time now im only 22 but im pretty sure its from when i was born my hips wernt aligned right, any suggestions on what to do?

  • @PnkSareese I have had the exact same thing since I have had a memory. As long as you don't have pain associated with it there shouldn't cause a problem but I limit my range of motion and use slower, shorter movements so that I am sure it's my muscle that are in control and not momentum. You don't want to risk dislocation, so you really should go just to before the second your hips would pop.

  • isn't there a sport or activity ppl can do rather then that to get fit and toned? no offence, but i just cant be lying on a map n doing that, so many exercises so much time u have to be a sadist to torture yourself like that daily :)

  • Why does it always seems like girls have much more thicker and muscular thighs than guys? It looks like you could squat 500lbs with those things. Meanwhile I'm stuck with walking on these stork legs that look like stilts no matter what I do.

  • @Erdbeerbowle In general, women have more muscle on bottom and vice versa. It's just how the sexes are.

  • @LLROCKS23 i never do calf exercises, i just run.

  • @SarahsFabChannel technically aren't you excercising your thighs while you're doing excercise anyway? But runnning does improve and build calf muscle :)
