Just out of curiousity, what if that thing you thought you was Wesker in 5 at the end was just a clone. I mean what if Wesker did the same cloning idea that Sergei Vladimir did with the Tyrants, because the tyrants were his clones but perfected it. But I might be going far fetched with this, just a theory. He might be dead or not Capcom did confirm so can't say or argue. But hell this is possibly the best theme in UC.
@blades34AK It is farfetched, but it'll be another Wesker as the main villain, Alexander Wesker, creator of Project W. and participant of it himself, all of the Wesker children were kidnapped and indoctrinated as well as experimented on to be adaptive to the serum Wesker received, only Alex and Albert survived the injection, but not only that, Alex was the head researcher on a way to find immortality for spencer. He succeeded, but fled with the results.
@VangeistXIII Um I have to agree with that but uh Alex wasnt the creater of Project W How can that be possible? It said that created the Wesker Children gave the 13 children his first name with is WESKER for his last name so Alex isnt the creator, but i' pretty sure he helped out Wesker (Not Albert Wesker)
@KokoTehWitch He WAS the creator of the project, go back and look at it, he was one of the experiments but he was also progenitor of Project W. Also, he never gave them his first name -_-, it was his surname.
they say wesker dies in RE 5 i can say assuredly from having beaten the game that is a lie! capcom is just saying that but the actual game movie wesker pulls his matrix move at split second! beware! also is that even the REAL wesker? i remember there being more than one....
@masterxagas There was a program that collected extremely intelligent children, and gave them all the surname Wesker, they all died, except for him, so yes, there was more than one Wesker, but he's the only Albert Wesker. Emphasis on IS. He sucked his head in at the last minute and the missile hit the ground behind him, and plus, if he survived having a building fall on him, he can survive a peewee little rocket, even in the first boss battle, if you hit him with a rocket, it just stuns him.
@trancetrigger999 But Uroboros made him weak to fire + he was "poisoned". And in slow-mo you can see that the rockets tore his head off wich is horribly sad!
Wesker is so badass.... But I have one question. How come in game infos and etc it it always says Wesker murdered Dr. Marcus? It shows that Umbrella soldiers killed Marcus in one of the cutscenes (RE0 I believe) So why do people say Wesker did it?
@VooDooDollMaster the same way they said hitler killed millions of jews. which he didnt physically do it. he gave the order. Wesker gave the order, and marcus was gunned down.
i hav a question about UC i played DC and know i bought this but there is no scene selection lik in DC so is there lik a scene selection after u beat the game or none at all
@meg5493 um... not sure i use to own the game til it got stolen. but i think you get one, by collecting all the umbrella emblems, or collecting all the items by finishing each level on hard, or a higher difficulty (2 in each level i do believe) something like that
Best soundtrack.... weird that they just used the RE2 Soundtack "Wrecked experiment" or something. It is a soundtrack that almost no one hears. cuz its in a secret room lol.
Unkehzor would you tell me were you looked up that info cause i know that in RE5 spencer mentioned something about the Wesker Children and that supposedly Albert Wesker was the only one who survived. But i never heard anything from capcom that there was gonna be an RE6!!!
xXPanteraHimeXx Capcom could just have the potential to bring wesker back as i said before given the stories that they can develope wesker could come back by the way i totally agree with you at capcom making another RE focusing on weskers life but i rather capcom focus more on wesker in his researcher days with umbrella and catch a glimpse at the other researchers at the arklay masion hell id love to see how they transform into a T virused flesh eating zombies!!!
This soundtrack is so awesome i even beat the game twice but i think capcom can bring wesker back from supposedly being killed in RE5 given sufficient story line that capcom can think up it can happen!!!
I really think that they should bring him back. I mean, he was behind most of the incidents that happened in the RE series.
Also, it would be pretty cool if they made a RE game were you just played as Wesker and you played through his entire life. You would learn so much more about him!
They've already confirmed Albert Wesker will not be coming back.
He is, confirmed by Capcom, being replaced by an 'ALEX WESKER' in RE6. Alex Wesker is supposedly superior to Albert Wesker in every sense, as said by Capcom themselves.

@ gronndar - if don't know what was done differently for RE5, but if i had to guess, i'd say the developer team / writers were different than for former games.

There is no conceivable way that they could bring him back AND keep any sort of credibility. He ate a rocket to the face in the middle of an erupting volcano. The first one was easy enough to explain. How would you propose they get him out of that one?

I love the Resident Evil games, and I find it a shame, that CAPCOM has moved away form the whole zombie thing to bio-weaponry. Im also upset that Wesker died so easily in RE5. Hes just one of those characters thats such a badass-badass, that you cant help but love him and want to see more of him.
Anyways...0:49 - 1:06 is and always has been my favorite part of the song. The guitar loop (x2) in that part is awesome, and you can only hear it that one time in the song.
@bestMKplayer Well, wasn't the T-virus developed as a bio-weapon? (Asidefrom the whole background info on the discovery of the plants and stuff) It's a developing story about how the virus escaped the lab, destroyed a city and is being developed with other mutagens.

It has to do with the fact that Wesker's story was told and there was little they could do with him. Granted its stupid that Sheva got 1/2 of the kill, when in all honesty Jill should have, but oh well. A new story would be nice, as 4 and 5 were far too cliche' and 5 felt more like Tomb Raider.
i dissager with the 6th i dont think theres gonna be one there making darkside chronis and then probilly a few remakes most likelly then there most likelly to quit and officilly annouce resident evil dead it would by better that way so the seris isint over rated
I think they ruined a perfect opportunity to the revive the franchise with RE 5. They spent all this time building up this company known as Tri- Cell and for what ?, nothing.
The woman that was helping Wesker should of lived so she could take samples of the viruses to Tri-Cell. We could of introduce new characters and form a new villian known as Tri-Cell.
Though honestly, heros vs evil corporation is getting old in RE. They need a new twist in the series.
what pisses me off is that Wesker was really out of character in RE5. way TOO aggressive. he was never THAT aggressive. not to mention he has frequently employed Hunters to secure areas he's working in...i'm surprised we didn't see a new set of Super Hunters in RE5... and he's more the kind that would, for example, have Chris and Sheva remotely locked into some room as they're passing through, gas the place, then send in Hunters to make sure nothing got out, than waste his valuable time fighting
Wesker showed in Code Veronica that he despised Chris with all his heart. If you had superhuman powers, wouldn't you want to break apart the guy who obliterated your plans in the past?
nah. in CV he just got what he came for. he had no reason to stay, and at the time it didn't look like he'd have to worry about Chris again. so he simply toyed with him then left him to die [AFAIK, Wesker didn't know about the jet. he'd probably have saboutaged it if he had known]. in CV, he was crushed by a load of construction beams but shrugged it off like it was nothing. and apart from being burned in the face [which he didn't even seem to feel], he was perfectly fine
his CV performance would put alot of Terminators to shame. but RE5? he was WAY more agressive, angrier, failed to keep his cool like usual, and was hurt more easily. his tactics changed alot in RE5 compared to previous appearances.
Yeah I remember reading about the Wesker children is RE5 and you're right Albert was the only one who survived or he was the perfect one. Those bios in RE5 were very good reads.

@HentaiExtremeLL I agree with you about Spencer, not about Wesker. At least not anymore. He started as something new to every videogame: Partner of Birkin his only friend, masterminded power-hungry man. In RE5 got turned to test tube kid and he tried to destroy world. WTF? Comon. They fucked up the Wesker SO badly that its good they killed him so they cant ruin best villain anymore.
@jasonvoorhees588 True, but Chris' story is over. Period. RE5 ended it pretty well. He might make some cameo appearances, but his story is, agreeable, over. It'd be cool to continue HUNK's story though.

There is no conceivable way that they could bring him back AND keep any sort of credibility. He ate a rocket to the face in the middle of an erupting volcano. The first one was easy enough to explain. How would you propose they get him out of that one?

I love the Resident Evil games, and I find it a shame, that CAPCOM has moved away form the whole zombie thing to bio-weaponry. Im also upset that Wesker died so easily in RE5. Hes just one of those characters thats such a badass-badass, that you cant help but love him and want to see more of him.
Anyways...0:49 - 1:06 is and always has been my favorite part of the song. The guitar loop (x2) in that part is awesome, and you can only hear it that one time in the song.

It has to do with the fact that Wesker's story was told and there was little they could do with him. Granted its stupid that Sheva got 1/2 of the kill, when in all honesty Jill should have, but oh well. A new story would be nice, as 4 and 5 were far too cliche' and 5 felt more like Tomb Raider.

It was told that if there is a 6th installment for the game, all characters will be new.
No more Chris, Jill, etc.
Most of the events from Zero - 5
are mostly from Umbrella and Wesker.
Although I admit, even if it were true,

I think they ruined a perfect opportunity to the revive the franchise with RE 5. They spent all this time building up this company known as Tri- Cell and for what ?, nothing.
The woman that was helping Wesker should of lived so she could take samples of the viruses to Tri-Cell. We could of introduce new characters and form a new villian known as Tri-Cell.
Though honestly, heros vs evil corporation is getting old in RE. They need a new twist in the series.

Cool twists to the series could of been..
"Chris vs Wesker and Jill" - Have Jill be evil throughout part 5 and lead into Chris going after her in part 6.
"Tri Cell" - Have that new chick that was helping Wesker take the oboro virus and try and manipulate it.That could lead into a part 6.
"BCCA" - Introduce the team that Chris belongs too and have him hunt down bio weapon smugglers for an entire game.
3 stories that could of been entire games, now we are left with nothing.

what pisses me off is that Wesker was really out of character in RE5. way TOO aggressive. he was never THAT aggressive. not to mention he has frequently employed Hunters to secure areas he's working in...i'm surprised we didn't see a new set of Super Hunters in RE5... and he's more the kind that would, for example, have Chris and Sheva remotely locked into some room as they're passing through, gas the place, then send in Hunters to make sure nothing got out, than waste his valuable time fighting

nah. in CV he just got what he came for. he had no reason to stay, and at the time it didn't look like he'd have to worry about Chris again. so he simply toyed with him then left him to die [AFAIK, Wesker didn't know about the jet. he'd probably have saboutaged it if he had known]. in CV, he was crushed by a load of construction beams but shrugged it off like it was nothing. and apart from being burned in the face [which he didn't even seem to feel], he was perfectly fine

his CV performance would put alot of Terminators to shame. but RE5? he was WAY more agressive, angrier, failed to keep his cool like usual, and was hurt more easily. his tactics changed alot in RE5 compared to previous appearances.
