BMW fan here. M6 is shit! No offense to those who own it. Just my opinion here based on what I see and have come to learn. I am so disappointed with such minor differences between M5 and M6. Come on, M6 is an entirely new level of BMW, at least make it faster than the M5 to a very large margin. It's only faster because of weight differences, otherwise, same 5.0L V10 engine?

Its no match for a pure Porsche Turbo.

It's nice, without a doubt. But its styling could be better. BMW Coupe designs, IMO, are only sexy in the 3 series line. Other than that, the headlights of the 6er doesn't do it for me. Sorry!

i ve informed myself.porsche cargraphic exhaust saves 5kgs..here are the optionals

Porsche Ceramic brakes (PCCB): approx 20kg saving over steel

HRE wheels (P40s): approx 5kg saving over OEM

Cargraphic Exhaust: approx 5kg saving over OEM

cargraphic exhaust adds 20 hp more in general.a racing exhaust gives 40 hp(GMG-WC GT series;they also have sport exhaust manifolds which decrease turbo lag and give 7-9 hp more)

I think the Turbo is a 2001 415 hp and not one of the 2003+ with the optional X50 package/Turbo S 450 hp but maybe I'm wrong. Any ideas Gustav? I'll also add that I'm not surprised the Porsche jumped away in the beginning. I always found them to have short gearing for the first 3 clogs!
