I have just bought a Snom 300 excellent all round phone for a small office.
The call forwarding is an excellent feature although the 5 second blank diversion time (time between your snom and mobile) is too much time for a customer to wait.
Is it possible to have a voice over tell the customer that the call is being diverted?
