Mate of mine took that stuff...he spent two hours talking to a little man in a coal bucket, then went blind. BLIND, for God's sake. He regained his sight a terrifyingly long time later, only to find himself walking naked down the main street of his hometown at noon. Datura is not worth the hassle, was the lesson I learned there. You can quite easily die from datura poisoning, too. You want a safer trip? Go with mushies. Muuuuch more fun, and quite a bit less potentially lethal. :)

Its more for spiritual usage, and obviously in an environment like the one he was in, there's really no room for much spiritual growth so he probly had a bad trip. Also, you have to be careful cuz the dosage varies in the same plant so two leaves may do nothing or it may kill you...
