Those are simply Lv.3 CPUs (didn't even care to change it to 1, IIRC).

Very nice video, been trying to learn how to play sonic, i'm good but not great :).

The tutoial was brill, good editing and clear instructions and info, the only problem is sometimes the text goes a little to fast.

Nice vid, I also found the neutral A air is a good intercepting move if you can get close enough to the opponent when they are trying to get back to the stage.

Great I'm loving this! This is good stuff, again! My human opponents are starting to appreciate my skills with sonic, but my playing style is flawed... (on the ground) I only use running attacks and smash attacks. I have the toughest time using the forward, up and back tilt. Does it mean all i have to do is 'tilt' the control stick? If so, it means I've been playing wrong for forever... Your tutorial is great, and the editing works out too (even if the text is a tad fast). Can't wait for part 2!

Good video. Made me realize I really need to use tilts more often, I usually don't because I can't quite be fast enough and smooth enough to not do a smash attack. Also that running cancel to R.A. was awesome.

Sonic's my main and both my friends online and offline think I am the best or one of the best Sonic players they know, but ironically I have always had a hard time initiating the upA kick without doing an up-smash. For some reason it 90% will do the smash instead.

Try disabling the up for jumping. This way you can just hold up slower, without the risk of jumping or Smashing.

How about you do some on level 9 oppenents seriously now a days lots of people dodge not just you these moves are harder to hit then you think

The point of this tutorial is not to make you play like a pro or something. I'm just explaining every move with some examples of usage.

It's like saying: "Snake's fsmash does a lot of damage but it's slow as hell", then you put a clip to show how much it's slow, but strong. That doesn't mean that you should use it a lot.

I can't make up a "recipe" that will -always- work for every single one of Sonic's moves. No one can.

Plus, fighting a Lv. 9 is nowhere near as fighting a good human player.
