Well...I guess he broke up with Adam because he was confused. He had a good thing going on with his girlfriend Liv, and then all of a sudden he's got feelings for a guy. He really connected with Adam and was very attracted to him, but maybe he had to figure some things out for himself. He might have been unsure about his sexuality. At least that's how I understood it. It's a bit funny that the second guy Kim had a short fling with looked a bit like Adam though...
