Even though I like this game, I don't understand how I'm supposed to dodge some of the stuff this game throws at me. I mean, take the boss at 5:00 for example, it's impossible to dodge his tail most of the time because it's going so fast.

I still have this for my megadrive and to this day it remains one of my all time favourite games. The graphics and sound really showed what the megadrive could do.

@Notespompon well, if you're sincere about this then that's great. I remember playing this in junior high. I hate new video games. Too fucking expensive to be that fucking hard. And fuck that six-axis bullshit, or whatever it's called. And fuck the Wii. When I played video games when I was a kid, if we wanted exercise we shut the fucking games off and went outside.

This game became a bit of an obsession for me, years ago.. to the point where, I actually was capable of beating it on hard mode without dying, lol. (Never could pull it off on "Maniac" though).

Best video game music EVER, by the way. And best Graphics of any game in the 16-bit generation as well.

The music in this game is epic. This is probably some of the best music composed on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive I've ever heard along with that from the Sonic the Hedgehog and Streets of Rage series.
