@Silverbolt100 True everyone lip synchs, however I have noticed that the ones for Rie don't synch up very well. Maybe its You Tube, maybe they overprocess it just a little too much. Actually i've noticed this on quite a few j-Pop videos.

I think that her English sounds well as far as imitating the American accent. I think what you are hearing is her Japanese having somewhat of an effect with her words, but... There's nothing "UK" about her voice. It's evident that she lived here (USA).
