@Gil2009bert what dc talking points? Charlie Dent takes so much money from big wall street banks.$202,000 from Investment firms and $105,623 from Banks. And he voted against a bill that would stop the banks for the practices that brought the economy down. He's in the pocket of Wall Street.
@maniacmiler - Where did you get those numbers? Open Secrets? Open Secrets accumaltesthe number from ALL sources. That means local community banks, and local mom and pop investment firms make up the brunt of those numbers. You are lying to make it sound like these are Wall Street firms, but it is all bogus. That is how you expose yourself as nothing but a DC campaign person. No one is buying it. The politics of fear wont work. People see through it.
@maniacmiler I just checked open secrets and that is where you got the numbers. But what you apparently failed to do, or are simply lying about, is to look at the methodology. Those numbers are derived from ALL sources, individual donors and committee donors. So, according to you a teller from Embassy Bank in Bethlehem who donates to Charlie, is a "Wall Street interest." Everyone in the area knows of the strong support Charlie receives from the local community banks. You're simply a hack.
@Gil2009bert are you kidding me? You think he just happens to have thousands of bankers giving him money? 200K work of money? And investment firms? Come on these people are smart they know the people that will keep them free to gamble the rest of our money away are the people to donate to. Also, he's taken 20K from PPL the company he's allowed to raise utility rates 35% at a time when people have NO extra money.
@maniacmiler - So now you are trying to turn the topic? Got called out on your lies. Now you are trying to say that all of the local community bankers, teller, investors are all in collusion with "Wall Street interests"?
@maniacmiler - By the way, have you looked on the opensecrets site where the Mayor gets his money from? How much does it cost to do business with the city nowadays?
