Right away it started to feel like I was going under, but since I never felt that before I started to panic. Because of that I was never completely under throughout the video, but it feels like I will be able to do it next time. I think I'll save this for later though. =)

Unfortunately, I've tried watching this twice and it had no affect on me. Didn't feel the sun, hear children talking etc. Don't know if I should try again. I don't know what is wrong with me. I've had two hypnotherapy sessions and I failed to go under hypnosis. I sure wish there was someone out there who could help me.

some people have a people cant pay perfect attention to the things they are focusing on. they have things around them that are going on. im sorry this didnt work for u it pretty much worked for me and i didn't even sit through the whole session.
