I hate the leveled building parts and the boiler room part. Those were the hardest for me.

You realise you can just hold space to kill a werewolf, right? You dont NEED to tap the button like a maniac;)

Also, in room..9(the first room with several werewolves in it)? You can kill all the werewolves at the bottom "level" by waiting til the "lonely" one is closest to the right side of the screen. Attack it, timing the attack so you and the werewold land in the "ditch", which would lead you to the next room. Give the last two the same treatment. From there, the remaining werewolves in the room can easily be killed.

You move faster if you simply hold down and space, "attacking" your way forward.

In the teleportation rooms, it can be handy to know how to shorten your attack jumps. You do this quite intuitively by quickly tapping the opposite direction key of which you executed the attack. For example: (facing left) down+space [tiny pause] right.

Takes a little practise =)

I managed to get 252 seconds and 0 deaths on my last run at Kongregate. Technically, it's the ninth fastest all-time score on the site, but that's only because there were five people that cheated thoughout... if it weren't for them, I'd be top five.
