Thats a great analogy..I love sebadoh and enjoyed hums "iron clad lou" when it came out, heavy slow driving sounds, something the music of today is missing. Trail of Dead played this style, but recently seem to be playing less of this...hope they go back to that style again.

not really a new band but i agree. sad thing is i doubt they will ever top this, which isnt an insult. this is one of the best alt rock albums ever made.
