I should know....I am a professional tubist in California. Tuba playing is the NUMBER ONE thing a person need NOT be more serious about. If you want to be serious be serious about juggling or cooking or planting cactusus....something with a friggin future and possible income.

@belugafishgod We have the only Tuba player in the world making a living of playing solo tuba. We have lots of tuba players living of playing tuba. Just in Norway we have about 20 pro wind bands and orchestras. Wich means we have about 30-35 jobs for tubas in Norway. And we also have lots of tubists outside Norway. We have oil, and we are the richest country in the world, based on population ;) Un has declared Norway the greatest country to live in, in the world, many times, so fuck you ;)

@belugafishgod Okei, Norway has a population of about 5 million people... We are a small country, but a rich country wihout billions in debt to china... I wouldnt work in disneyland anyways... Theres many tubists in this country without a job, because we just have 30-35 jobs. They usually are substitutes when a tubist in a pro orchestra cant play. They earn money by working as music teachers and conductors. So we have to take tubaplaying seriously, beacuse only the best tubists get the job.
