I can honestly tell you that Tom is not signing ANYWHERE on this album. He said so himself(on camera) when a fan asked him at a signing and on the Z100 Chat the other day(which was official event). So no, Tom is not singing at the beginning of Dogs Unleashed, and I highly doubt Georg or Gustav are doing any singing at all on the album(unless it's strictly backup like in Raise Your Hands Together on Scream).
